We are now looking for the next great addition to our team as a Fraud Prevention Manager.

We are searching for a Fraud Prevention Manager to develop and implement our Fraud Prevention strategy, develop a Fraud Management Organisation in a scalable way, manage complex projects and on-board innovative payments providers. This role will play a critical role to IgniterAds success, as the ultimate objective is to deliver a great payment and anti-fraud experience for our customers and enable our revenue growth.

The position will report directly to our COO.

You will:

  • Set and implement IgniterAds Fraud Prevention strategy, as well as ensuring reliability of day to day operations
  • Establish, implement and own the fraud prevention systems, processes and fraud management tools relevant for IgniterAds, in particular to enable geographical expansion
  • Continuously improve and enhance Anti- Fraud User Experience, while optimizing transaction approval rate, cost of fraud, and safeguarding compliance
  • Lead, develop and scale the team to manage a significant turnover efficiently, safely and with the best possible user experience
  • Partner with our colleagues in Finance, Product and Engineering Teams to facilitate smooth implementation and maintenance of tools and systems and accomplish mutual objectives related to customer experience and revenue growth

Your profile:

  • You are an fraud prevention & risk management expert with a passion and appetite for solving complex fraud challenges and leading a top fraud prevention organization to global expansion
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a leading role for fraud prevention or fraud management.
  • Experience of digital payments in E-commerce environment and solid technical knowledge is essential
    You have already built a solid fraud prevention organisation in a scalable way; you have developed teams, managed and scaled processes and solutions
  • You possess working knowledge of fraud prevention, payment and revenue assurance tools and systems
    You are well connected and know how to build sustainable partnerships in the payments & fraud prevention ecosystem
  • You possess excellent people and communication skills, tolerance for ambiguity, and the enthusiasm to contribute to building a great company
  • Absolutely fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
